There are exciting opportunities available for both permanent and temporary roles within the Nursing Services of NHS Forth Valley Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. We are looking for Clinical Nurse Specialists to join NHS Forth Valley’s nursing team.
NHS Forth Valley CAMHS is a well-established multidisciplinary service dedicated to outstanding patient care. Our support extends to children and adolescents aged 0 to 18, as well as their families and carers, providing highly specialised assessments and treatments. Frequently, our work involves collaborating with other agencies. The established subspecialties include: Core-CAMHS, Neurodevelopmental Pathways, Learning Disability, Care Experienced pathway, Eating Disorders, and Urgent and Unscheduled Care.

This position offers the chance to become part of an expanding and evolving CAMHS Team, committed to evidence based, person centred, and collaborative care. Applicants must hold a degree in Mental Health or Learning Disability nursing and have experience working with children, young people, or relevant specialist health services.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
