We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Lead to join our Older People's Community Treatment Team (CTT) based in Newcastle.  This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within a supportive and dynamic team.

Main duties of the job

You'll be leading clinical practice across the team, supporting staff in delivering high-quality care to older adults with complex mental health conditions such as dementia, depression and psychosis.  this includes working closely with families and carers, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions, and helping people manage symptoms, maintain stability and improve quality of life.

We're keen to hear from registered professionals with strong leadership experience, confidence in managing complex clinical presentations, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for older adults.  The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience in supervision, safeguarding, and multidisciplinary working.
