As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality therapy services within the community. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to patient care and service development.

Main duties of the job

Main Duties

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, including Therapists, Mental Health Registered Nurse, Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Assistants, and Administrators.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care for patients across the locality.
  • Work collaboratively with other community teams such as District Nursing, Community Hospitals, and Health Care Professional (HCP) teams.
  • Represent the service at senior-level meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Support operational management and service improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified clinician (e.g., Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or similar) with current professional registration.
  • Experienced in leading teams and managing complex clinical situations.
  • Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
