As a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist, you will lead and support the implementation, development, and optimisation of digital health solutions across UHBW. Main duties of the job

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of electronic prescribing (EPMA) systems.
  • Work directly with clinical teams to streamline and improve medication workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on the safe use of digital health tools and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Analyse data to enhance patient safety and drive informed decision-making.
  • Be a key player in UHBW’s digital transformation journey, collaborating with digital services, clinical staff, and leadership.

What experience do you need?

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong background in hospital clinical pharmacy.
  • Knowledge of EPMA systems, digital health technology, and informatics principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
