Clinical Fellow in Endocrine Surgery

This is an exciting opportunity to work and train within our Centre for Endocrine Surgery at UCLH. You will have exposure to Endocrine and General Surgery and will be asked to participate in the General Surgery on-call rota.

This is a full-time position working in the General Surgery service within Gastrointestinal Services Division.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will work closely under the direction of the Endocrine Surgery Consultants with duties appropriate to their experience and speciality. They will be responsible for teaching and mentoring more junior staff within the speciality.

Key working relationships will include Endocrinologists, Oncologists, Radiologists, Divisional Management team, Ward Sisters, Clinical Nurse specialists, Enhanced Recovery Nurses, Bed management and discharge support team, AHPs, GPs and patients and carers.
