Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Emergency Department as a Clinical Fellow.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a fast-paced and supportive environment, managing a wide range of acute presentations while developing your clinical confidence and autonomy. Working alongside experienced Consultants and a strong multidisciplinary team, you will be supported to take on increasing responsibility, including leading patient care, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to the operational flow of the department.

This role is ideal for doctors looking to bridge the gap between core training and higher specialty training. You will gain valuable experience in clinical leadership, decision-making, and service development, with dedicated opportunities to engage in teaching, audit, and quality improvement.

Our Emergency Department is modern, innovative, and designed to support efficient patient pathways, including Same Day Emergency Care and rapid assessment models.

If you are motivated, proactive, and looking to take the next step in your Emergency Medicine career within a collaborative and high-performing team, this role offers an outstanding platform to develop both clinically and professionally.
