We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to become part of our Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team at Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. This pivotal role supports our commitment to quality and patient safety and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the Trust.
As a Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in advancing clinical audit initiatives, driving improvement, and championing evidence-based practice and learning. You’ll be instrumental in delivering and monitoring our Clinical Audit & Effectiveness portfolio, helping to identify and act on insights from both Trust-level and national priorities.

The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator will work with the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team Lead to implement the Trust’s Clinical Audit & Effectiveness programme in accordance with Trust Policy.
Using effective communication skills to build positive working relationship with colleagues across the organisation, the post holder will facilitate and advise on national and local clinical audit & effectiveness projects to meet Trust/Divisional/Directorate priorities, objectives and requirements.
The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator will be a pro-active member of the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team, providing leadership and support to the Team Administrators. The role also incorporates the promotion of a positive learning environment where changes are established and embedded to improve patient safety, experience and outcomes.
