Job summary

Main duties of the job

Professional and Clinical Leadership will be provided by a Consultant Psychologist based within the locality and there will be opportunities to gain support and to work closely with other psychological therapists within the bases for support and CPD. Further training may supported and funded within this trust.

We have strong links with the Clinical Psychology Doctorate course in Clinical Psychology and there are opportunities to offer placements for third year trainee clinical psychologists or for Service Evaluation Projects to be adopted. The Trust also has strong research and clinical outcome links via an Associate Director of Clinical Psychology, based within Huddersfield University. Audit and evaluation is encouraged and supported across the Trust.
