The successful candidate will:
Perform clerical and reception duties within the Renal department
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic systems
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Book appointments and process referrals in line with Trust policy
Support patients and visitors professionally and sensitively
Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment
Provide administrative cover across the team where needed
