To provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Community Midwifery Team, ensuring the smooth running of services and timely support to both staff and patients. Main duties of the job
- Patient Administration:
Respond promptly and professionally to patient queries via phone, email, or in person.
Grant and manage patient access to the Maternity Badger Net portal.
Arrange and reschedule ante-natal and post-natal appointments, including clinics and individual consultations.
Coordinate appointments for specialist tests, including Glucose Tolerance Tests.

- Proficiency in IT systems, or willingness to learn Microsoft Office , excel and healthcare software (e.g., Badger Net).
