Main duties of the job

The Children’s Continuing care team is a service within Bradford, supporting families with children who have complex health needs.  The service allows families some much needed respite time.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced health care support worker to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be trustworthy and professional.

Experience of working with children with complex needs is essential, including experience of non-invasive ventilation and tracheostomy care.

Some awareness of the management of life limiting conditions would also be beneficial.

Please note - A current full UK/ EU driving licence and access to a vehicle to carry out duties and attend meetings at multiple sites is essential.
