Job summary

Main duties of the job

Main duties will include:

Working with children and young people and their families within their homes and a clinic setting. The role is patient facing and you will be expected to work from within a base. Working as part of an MDT, attending team meetings, formulation and case discussion and working collaboratively with other agencies.

Taking the role of duty clinician, triaging referrals and responding to calls where needed. Training will be provided. Participate in the delivery of a range of evidence-based interventions mental health focussed interventions and actively support leadership Participate and support within the assessment clinic and contribute to the assessment and planning implementation and evaluation of care for young people. Develop and maintain effective relationships within wider CYPMHS and external agencies Participate in reflective practice and continuous professional development.
