Job summary

Main duties of the job

In this role you will:

*lead and coordinate Trust-wide career pathway workstreams and working groups

*support managers to develop accurate, robust role profiles aligned to national frameworks

*develop, maintain and refresh career pathway tools including a new interactive intranet site for staff to use to get information on the careers available within the Trust and their associated pathways;

*develop, maintain and refresh the role profile library library;

*act as the Trust's operational lead for job evaluation, including training managers, coordinating panels and maintaining job evaluation systems as well as providing regular reports on JE activity and outcomes.

*provide clear advice and guidance on role review and evaluation processes

*line manage shared career pathway resources and coordinate panel and departmental inputs

*work with resourcing, training, and development teams to ensure training and development activity is informed by, and aligned with, the outputs from the career pathways programme work

The role is highly collaborative and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to work closely with managers, professional leads and workforce colleagues.
