The Cardiac Rehabilitation service has 2 exciting  vacancies for two full time Band 5 Nurses. Both are 12 month Fixed Term Contract posts . This post is a community role within a specialist Nursing Team.

Main duties of the job

Assisting the community cardiac rehab nurses with caseload management , in clinics telephone & home visit patient contact . Running exercise classes and seeing patients on the wards

The service provides cardiac rehabilitation across Bradford for patients post heart attack , CABG & Valve surgery .We see patients in various locations home visits , clinics & telephone contact

Full supervision & training will be given for this role
