CALL HANDLER

32.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Standard Hours for this post will be Mon-Fri between 0800-1600

Includes Covering NHS Public Holidays on a Rotational Basis

Salary Scale £25,694 - £27,900per annum pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for call-handling support within the Community Treatment and Care Service, which delivers a variety of clinics from 17 locations within Dundee. The administration and call-handling team are based at Wallacetown Health Centre.

Working to support the existing admin team, you will provide an appointment booking service to patients over telephone and email.

Candidates should demonstrate relevant work experience; have PC skills and be confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as a team player. A positive, compassionate, helpful and inclusive attitude is essential to enhance our dedicated team. Previous experience in NHS administrative/clerical environment or equivalent experience is desirable for this post.

You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
