Thu-Fri 08:00-16:00
Includes Covering NHS Public Holidays on a Rotational Basis
An exciting opportunity has arisen for clerical support within the Dundee Community Treatment and Care Service, which is delivered across a variety of locations within Dundee. This post will be based within Wallacetown Health Centre and may include occasional cover at office within Terra Nova Medical Centre.
Working to support the existing admin team, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service as required under the supervision of the Admin Team Lead, mainly booking patient appointments by telephone triage.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft packages and have excellent communication,
organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in NHS administrative/clerical environment or equivalent experience is desirable for this post.
