Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the Community Mental Health Team, including the preparation, processing, and distribution of clinical correspondence, appointment co-ordination, and updating patient records.
Communication and Liaison:Act as a key contact for administrative queries, liaising with colleagues, external providers, and other stakeholders such as patients, carers and professionals to ensure effective communication and co-ordination.
Process Improvement:Contribute to the review and improvement of administrative processes to enhance efficiency and support high-quality service delivery.
Compliance and Confidentiality:Ensure all administrative practices comply with Trust policies, procedures, and data protection standards.
