Biochemistry Associate Practitioner

Band 4

Based at Royal Stoke University Hospital.

Permanent

Requirement to support  24-7 Seven  day working pattern as defined on

Laboratory Rota.

Main duties of the job

The post will be based at Royal Stoke Hospital. This is an interesting and important job, previous experience of working in an NHS Clinical Pathology  laboratory is required.

This AP role looks to develop any B3 skills held into aspects of a supervisory role & training.

Key abilities to support

Sample receipt & External Laboratory referral,

Maintenance & Operational aspects in Core Biochemistry - Automated Track solution,

Protein Chemistry BN11 - Optilite operation.
