Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
- Medicines reconciliation
- Reviewing inpatient prescriptions
- Participating in multidisciplinary ward rounds
- Facilitating patient discharge
- Providing education to patients
- Comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to clinically screen and monitor prescriptions, make interventions, and order medications using our electronic prescribing system.
