This is an exciting opportunity to provide support in various Care Home settings across Highland while enhancing your skills and experience. These posts allow you to work flexibly and you will have control over when and where you work.
You can also work some additional hours on top of another job or study commitments. Working on the Staff Bank you will be part of the NHS Highland workforce, delivering high quality care to the residents in our Care Homes.
No experience is necessary, as full training will be given. Working in NHS Highland Staff Bank you can:
1. Use the staff bank to learn new skills and gain more experience
2. Book and manage shifts online at any time
3. Pick up additional shifts even at short notice to earn some extra cash
4. Get paid weekly or monthly
5. You can prioritise personal life events, family commitments by choosing when, where and how often you work
6. You can build up paid annual leave entitlement each quarter to be taken the following quarter You also get support any time you need it from a friendly and approachable staff bank team. Job Description can be downloaded below.
