You would be responsible for clinically leading the inpatient rehabilitation team.The wards offer a diverse range of specialties including frailty, orthopaedics, vascular and long term complex conditions.You will be proficient in standardised assessment and evidence informed interventions. You will have quality improvement skills including evidence of audit and service development and you will have demonstrated team leadership in previous jobs. A good track record of developing staff and students will be highly desirable and excellent team working is essential.
