Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Paediatric Nurse who enjoys working as part of an innovative and CQC rated ‘Good’ Paediatric Team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

We are dynamic and friendly multidisciplinary team of skilled and highly motivated staff who provide high quality care to children with a wide variety of conditions including medical, surgical, orthopaedics, diabetes and oncology. We serve both our local population and surrounding boroughs, receiving patients through our paediatric emergency department as well as children from Heathrow airport.

The paediatric department at The Hillingdon Hospital consists of a 23-bedded general medical and surgical ward, which includes a level 1 POSCU. We also have a 5-bedded paediatric day care unit and a paediatric outpatients department. The paediatric department also consists of our award winning, dedicated diabetes team, and respiratory and allergy team. In addition, we have a strong specialist nurse workforce in areas such epilepsy and transition which support all children’s services. We also have close links with the paediatric community nursing team; the paediatric emergency department; our level two neonatal unit and child development centre.
