Job summary

Main duties of the job

• To provide high quality and comprehensive Physiotherapy assessments and interventions with guidance and supervision from Physiotherapy Team Leads.

• Ensure appropriate evidence based pathways of care and communications via liaison with Medical Teams and referral to other agencies as required.

• To work as an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team. Working closely with colleagues to achieve optimum clinical outcomes
