The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own clinical caseload across the areas covered by the team: medical and neurological wards. They will also need to supervise dietetic students as required.
The successful candidate will thrive when working closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be keen to develop their skills in service development and audit as well as their clinical knowledge. They will be required to contribute to education for the MDT, patients and families as well as support student placements. They will also get the opportunity to participate in Quality Improvement projects and undertake and present evidence based projects. This can then contribute to their self-led professional development whilst representing the outcomes of the important work that we do.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a positive and flexible approach is essential.
