An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to lead and manage our Radiopharmacy service at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As the Associate Director of Pharmacy, Radiopharmacy, you will oversee the provision of radiopharmaceuticals under an MHRA Specials License, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the strategic development of the service both within the Trust and externally. To support you in this role you will have a team of highly specialised and dedicated professionals.

We provide a number of specialty services at a regional and national level, including genomic therapy and tertiary cancer services such as CAR-T cells. The Pharmacy department has large well established clinical teams, working in some areas to a consultant level.
As the Associate Director of Pharmacy, Radiopharmacy, you will provide expert advice to medical consultants and other healthcare and scientific professionals, helping them perform clinical nuclear medicine procedures with accuracy and confidence. Leading the strategic development of Radiopharmacy services, you will collaborate with commissioners to enhance the quality and sustainability of the service.
