The community Respiratory service offers specialist outpatient clinics and domiciliary visits providing holistic assessment and treatment for patients with long term respiratory conditions. We are a team of specialist nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapist delivering a multidisciplinary input for comprehensive management of patients with long term respiratory conditions.

We work holistically, towards patient led goals utilising each other’s expertise to maximise our intervention. This is an ideal opportunity to work in a supportive environment within a team of experienced multidisciplinary professionals. As part of this role the post holder will be expected to work towards a set of clinical competencies with direct supervision, training and support. Main duties of the job

The Sutton Community respiratory service is a  Multi disciplinary team  working with adult population in the Sutton area of South West London who have chronic respiratory conditions.  The post holder will be working as part of the MDT in offering structured pulmonary rehabilitation assessments and classes as per local and national guidelines and to undertake timely audit to benchmark the service quality and standards against national QI target.  They will also support clinicians in facilitating day to day functioning of the service as required.
