The role of the Assistant Practice Placement Facilitator (PPF) within the NMAHP Education Team (Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health Professions) is to support the team PPFs in ensuring the quality of practice learning and clinical learning environments and continuously improve the learners experience.
The successful candidate will contribute to the quality assurance of a range of programmes of education by participation in educational audit and actively seeking feedback from students, supervisors/assessors, preceptors and service users in clinical practice.
You will be a keen advocate of continuous quality improvement and support the team to both improve learners experiences in clinical the clinical practice areas and increase our student capacity.
