We are pleased to advertise a vacancy for an Assistant Neuropsychologist post in the Neuropsychology service at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The posts would suit a bright, energetic individual interested in the neuropsychological assessment and well-being of children with brain injuries or illnesses and their families.

Applicants should have a first class degree in Psychology and/or an MSc in Neuropsychology or related subject, good interpersonal skills, and experience of working with children. Prior experience of psychometric/neuropsychological assessment is essential.

The service is involved in clinical research, and data management and research skills will also be valuable.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will also be part of the wider Psychological & Mental Health Services in the Trust. There is regular formal supervision and informal support, including a large assistant psychologist group, and excellent opportunities for professional development within the Trust.
