You will develop and promote a holistic, supportive and patient centred service. Your role will involve the assessment and implementation of care plans for patients and will assist in the training of health care professionals and carers and maintenance of IT systems that support patient care.

We are developing our AHP workforce across the Bay, and with the promotion of an inclusive and diverse culture we are committed to ensuring that everyone involved in the Trust, inclusive of staff, service users and carers are treated equitably and with dignity and respect.
