This is a varied and complex caseload and you will be expected to be a key leader supporting the overall management of these patients. The successful candidate will need to have extensive acute neurosurgical clinical experience to competently manage this patient group.
NO AGENCIES PLEASE
As this is a new post, it is an excellent opportunity to support the physiotherapy teams with a varying and complex clinical caseload as part of the Regional Neuroscience Centre. There are existing peer support networks within the wider neurosciences team and the post-holder will be fully supported to integrate into these established physiotherapy teams and roles. Neuro-outpatients and spinal inpatients are both evolving services and the post-holder will be expected to lead in service improvement; it is therefore expected that the post-holder will have real-life experience of service improvement and leadership in action.
