We have a vacancy for an Advanced Level Pharmacist - Crisis Pathway and Home Treatment Team. We are looking for someone passionate about mental health, a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with clinical experience in mental health medicines optimisation to join our expanding pharmacy team.
The role will involve provision and development of patient centred clinical pharmacy services to the Crisis Service and Home Treatment Team as part of the multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will also act as a role model for Junior Pharmacists undertaking their Clinical Diploma, providing support and supervision within the team.
To be a non-medical prescriber is essential, as there is a requirement to prescribe for patients, as part of the multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will need to be able to provide expert pharmacy and medicines management advice to optimise patient’s medication regimes, advise on appropriate management strategies and safely identify and manage risks.
We believe in bringing your authentic and best self to work, in order to provide the best care to our patients. We are committed to supporting our employees holistically. Here is a snapshot of what is on offer at NELFT:
