Job overview

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is expanding its Frailty and Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) service and is looking for ambitious clinicians to join us as Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) or Trainee ACPs.

You’ll carry out advanced assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with frailty, applying expert clinical reasoning and collaborative decision‑making. The role offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to shape pathways as the service continues to grow.

You will practise autonomously at advanced level, contributing to clinical leadership, service development and high‑quality frailty care.

We are looking for Registered clinicians with a completed MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and autonomous practice capability (including prescribing where applicable).

If you’re passionate about frailty, thrive in complex clinical environments and want to be part of a service that’s evolving fast, this is your opportunity.
