Job summary

Main duties of the job

A typical day as an administrator may involve:

Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately

General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing

Scheduling appointments/ meetings

Composing and sending correspondence to a wide range of individuals

Handling queries over the telephone and face to face from staff, patients, and

external agencies

Handling queries over emailing and monitoring the Teams shared inbox

Assisting the team with various administrative tasks

Minuting a wide variety of meetings
