Main duties of the job

What you'll be doing:

Providing a high-quality administrative service within the CAMHS Single Point of Access

Supporting the processing of referrals and enquiries

Liaising with clinicians, families, and external agencies

Managing data, appointments, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality

Contributing to the smooth, effective running of the SPA office

What were looking for:

Previous administrative experience (NHS or similar setting beneficial)

Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, professional, and proactive approach

Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays every week (days are not flexible)
