Detailed job description and main responsibilities

To co-ordinate computerised shift booking using Health Roster Booking System to fill shift cover requests from wards and departments within the Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board (UHB)

To provide administration support throughout the recruitment and training process of Bank staff

To deal with any postal, telephone or electronic enquiries or details involving the Staff Bank recruitment, training, processing, booking or payment of Bank staff

Participate in a rota to work evening shifts and weekends (and Bank holidays if required) to provide an out of hours service
