An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join the Extended Community Care Team in the Jeanie Deans Centre, Helensburgh.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent communication and administrative skills to join the team.

You will have a good educational background with proven work experience in a similar role and have excellent keyboard skills.

You should have typing skills to the equivalent of ECDL/SVQ2.

A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

You will have a calm and pleasant manner, be well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
