An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Admin/Clerical Support to Nursing Management at the Princess Royal Spinal Cord Injuries Centre (SCIC), based at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.
You will be working at the heart of one of the UK’s leading specialist spinal injury centres, providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Matron and Ward Managers. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You will act as the first point of contact for queries directed to the nursing management team, coordinating responses and ensuring enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining accurate staff records, and supporting departmental processes such as complaints, training, sickness, and health and safety compliance.
