An opportunity has arisen for reception staff within the Emergency Department, Belford Hospital, Fort William. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our team
The role covers both the Emergency Department & Minor Injury Unit, and successful candidates will be expected to undertake a range of administrative duties including the use of specialist systems, dealing with patient and relative enquiries, and updating of the department’s information system.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be desirable.
The post is 29 hours per week, and is a mixture of days, nights and weekends
