Accommodation Maintenance Craftsperson

Job overview

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Craftsperson to join our small Accommodation team undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. The vacancy is predominantly based at Eastbourne DGH/Welkin Residences however some travel may be required to Conquest Hospital.

Hours of Post - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (some flexibility may be required).

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an individual who can apply a flexible and approachable attitude to undertaking a wide variety of building crafts for repair, refurbishment and maintenance of our residential accommodation for the Trust.

Ensuring the highest standards of visual appeal and material protection as appropriate to the building crafts in building civil engineering operations.
