We are looking for an organised, people focused administrator who is confident in a busy service and experienced in coordinating and supporting staff. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the Directorate’s administrative functions run efficiently and safely, working as part of the Business Support Team and supporting the Service Administration Manager.
You will maintain accurate systems, support staff, and ensure smooth processes that contribute to high quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing HR queries, supporting data reporting, and keeping key systems updated. Strong digital and IT skills are essential to help streamline workflows and support ongoing service improvement.
You will also provide daily line management, offering guidance, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective communication across the team.
We are seeking someone confident in supporting others, skilled in digital administration and minute taking, and able to stay calm under pressure while managing competing priorities. In return, you’ll join a supportive, forward thinking team with opportunities for development, playing a vital role in strengthening administrative services and enhancing patient experience across the Directorate.

This post will be based within Mountainhall Treatment Centre, working 28.8 hours over four days, with a preference for Friday to be included in the working pattern to support service needs.
