Do you have a passion for working within frailty? Then look no further!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Frailty team. You will have good acute and community experience in a variety of acute medical presentations and pathologies, and patients presenting with frailty syndrome. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to assess and discharge patients in a timely and appropriate manner with involvement and referrals to our community services.

We are a very friendly, supportive team who are keen to recruit a physiotherapist who is keen to keep a varied caseload at band 6 level and who are looking to further expand their knowledge and skills. We actively encourage in-service training and recognise the value of supervision and appraisal.

You will work as part of an MDT and have opportunities to influence service provision as well as developing your core skills with complex patients while benefitting from other members of the team.

You will be expected to join the weekday night on call rota and also participate in both weekend and PH working.

As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
