Job overview

We are recruiting for a 18 Week Pathway Validation Tracker who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

The Trust is committed to meeting all targets within the Referral to Treatment (RTT) patient pathway, which measures the total period waited by each patient and to manage each patient’s journey from referral to treatment in a timely and efficient manner. You will use your NHS experience and RTT knowledge to work with services to support and improve the patients’ pathways.

We are looking for a motivated person who can work well both within a team and unsupervised. NHS experience is essential, however full support and training will be provided. You will need the motivation and discipline to manage your own assigned workload and escalate issues or concerns where necessary. Attention to detail is essential as you will be dealing with repetition where accuracy is key.

If you’re up for the challenge and want to work with a dynamic and supportive team that can really help shape the future of patient care, then please apply or contact us for further information.

At the heart of everything we do are our core values: Include, Respect, and Improve. We encourage you to embrace these values throughout the recruitment process and in your role with us

Lead on identified issues and projects to help improve RTT data quality across the Trust.

Using own initiative, supported by local guidance and the Patient Access Policy, to implement, analyse, interpret and apply judgements involving the 18 week rules and definitions to ensure compliance.
