Job summary

Main duties of the job

You will maintain a high standard of professionalism whilst responsible for reception duties for our Therapy and outpatient services at BHNFT. This will involve dealing with enquiries and providing information to members of the general public both face to face and over the telephone.

You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective appointment system for several out-patient therapy areas, including booking, cancelling and re-arranging appointments, recording patient referrals and using our digital systems.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda for Change Annex 21 trainee rate (75%max of band) until they have completed their apprenticeship.
