Job summary

Main duties of the job

We are dedicated to Deliver safe, effective nursing care with dignity and respect at the forefront

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

Administer medications and monitor patient progress

Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and support staff

Support healthcare assistants and contribute to a positive team culture

Engage in discharge planning and family communication

Take part in ongoing learning and development opportunities
