This is an opportunity to join a new wider multi-disciplinary team, supporting a range of patients with complex acute mental health needs. This is an opportunity to have a voice in developing our services.

Our team supports those with a functional mental health illness. We work proactively with our patient group and their loved ones promoting independence and choice in their care.

DHCFT have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Band 3 Healthcare Assistants to work within the dynamic Mental Health inpatient services for adults of working age.

Inpatient wards are an evolving service, open to change and developing new ways of working and demonstrate a positive profile within the Trust and with service users and carers. You will be expected to deliver high standards of person centred care showing empathy, patience and understanding at all times.

In this role you will be actively involved in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of qualified nurses and other members of the team.
