You will assist the Wellbeing Coordinator in offering diverse activities to promote the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe working and living environment, communicating any changes in residents conditions, and liaising with the local community to foster social engagement. Ideal candidates must have effective verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of the importance of interaction for well-being, a positive attitude toward older people, and experience in a residential nursing Dementia setting. - Supporting establishing links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
