As Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the ward, supported by a dedicated team of Deputy Sisters/Charge Nurses. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient-centred care, while upholding professional standards and fostering a positive and inclusive ward culture. You will be a strong patient advocate, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills across all levels of the multidisciplinary team.
