As a team we are committed to providing high quality care to our patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our compassionate and driven team. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about patient flow nursing showing commitment towards service improvement. You will work alongside the senior site team and Matron to provide strong clinical leadership to the ward facilitating the delivery of high quality, patient centred care. ### Main duties of the job Our successful Sister/ Charge Nurse will be able to work alongside the existing team in a leadership role to assist in the enhancement and development of the Discharge Lounge, with a particular focus on the delivery of high-quality care within a busy environment. You will be in charge of the clinical shift and dedicated to ensuring the planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of care embedding the Trusts behaviours and values. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well a passion for improvement and be committed to the development of your team.
