The post holder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of the department, supported by the Deputy Sisters/Charge Nurse team. This includes ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high‑quality patient‑centred care, maintaining professional standards, and promoting a positive ward culture. You will act as a strong patient advocate, demonstrating excellent communication skills across all levels of the multidisciplinary team.
