## Job Content

The Cherries is located in Folkestone, in Kent. It offers residential support for six autistic males and females. We are located on a quiet street, near the town centre.Our team are dedicated to supporting residents and their families by aspiring to deliver the highest quality of care and aiming to empower the people we support to live their lives to the fullest.

### What you'll be doing

- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
- Encourage and assist participation in activities and community life.
- Support service users in achieving their personal outcomes in the way they choose.
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
- Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
- Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
